Shipping and Handling - Delivery Information

1. We exactly send your item within 2 days after your payment cleared.

We Ship Worldwide and send by Registered Mail. you can track your postage online on your local post office website.

We will ship to all destinations  (Except ITALY and MALTA and South America ,Please buyers from Malta and Italy, contact us before purchase) .
If you are in GERMANY, AFRICA, SPAIN, or FRANCE or other countries with different standard mail services, please be aware that the mail may be very slow! (due to its postage service).

Sometimes it takes up to 4 or more weeks  for delivery. All international package are subject to delay of delivery time due to customs  of your country.

2. Delivery Time: 80% of shipments reach most countries within 10-20 days but could take up to 30 business days.

We want our customers to have exactly the part they need. If you need to return a part for any reason, just return the complete part in its original unused
, with all original packaging and instructions, within 14 days of purchase for a full part refund. Don't paint or modify the part in any way, install it
or throw the box away until you are sure you have the right part. We will refund 100% of purchase price for the part itself, however we cannot accept responsibility
for any other costs, such as labor or shipping. (Please note that there are a few special orders and discontinued items that we cannot take back, and they are
identified in our catalog as No Return. To get complete Return Instructions, through email messaging system.

1. Your Order number
2. Part number
3. Reason for the return

Returns must be sent to the correct address with our return instructions in the package to receive credit. The parts must be complete, undamaged and in their original undamaged box.
Cores must be returned in the box the new part came in. The manufacturer's box must be in a shipping box to prevent damage to the original manufacturer's box.
We do not refund shipping charges unless we made a mistake and sent you the wrong part. For all other returns, we will deduct shipping charges from your refund.
Refunds typically take about a week to process and will be paid as you paid us. (i.e. Credit card payments will receive credit to the same card used to place the order.)
You will receive email confirmation when the refund has been issued.
